Andorra's tourist information offices, parish by parish

Tourist offices still earn their keep in Andorra. The country is small, but each parish runs its own office and its own calendar, and what’s open changes a lot between the ski season, summer and the months in between. Here they all are, with addresses and phone numbers, and what I’d actually go in to ask.

One office per parish, and a few extra

Andorra Turisme lists ten tourist offices in the country. All seven parishes have at least one, and two have more. Andorra la Vella has a pair, one by the Rotonda and the other in the old quarter at number 3, Carrer de la Vall. The parish of Encamp has three, one in the village on Plaça del Consell, one in Pas de la Casa on Avinguda Consell General and one at the Funicamp, Avinguda de François Mitterrand 87, at the bottom of the cable car to the slopes.

The rest have one each. Canillo on Avinguda Sant Joan de Caselles, Ordino in the Casa de la Muntanya on Carrer Major, La Massana on Plaça de les Fontetes, Sant Julià de Lòria on Plaça Laurèdia and Escaldes-Engordany on Plaça Santa Anna.

The missing piece, opening hours

The official page gives an address, phone number and email for each office, but no opening hours, and I’m not going to make any up. So my advice is simple, ring first. That matters most in the shoulder months, November and spring, when an office is more likely to keep shorter hours or close on some days.

Is there an office in the UK?

Not on the official list. Andorra Turisme names one office abroad, the Tourism and Trade Attaché in Madrid, at Calle Alcalá 73, phone (+34) 914 317 453. For British visitors that’s rarely practical, so the website and the offices in Andorra itself are your real sources. What I’d use them for

First, the Passmuseu. According to Andorra Turisme the pass halves the entry price at any three museums you pick, and you can buy it either at these offices or at a museum desk. If you plan to see more than one, it’s one of the few clear discounts going, and the full list is in museums in Andorra.

Second, local events. Each parish runs its own festivals, markets and activities, and the office where you’re staying knows best what’s on that week. In summer it’s where I’d check that a mountain route or service is running before heading up a valley.

Third, getting your bearings. Arrive by coach in Andorra la Vella and the Plaça de la Rotonda office is right in the centre, while the Carrer de la Vall office drops you in the old quarter, steps from Casa de la Vall. It’s a natural start for Andorra la Vella old town.

If you’re here to ski

In ski season the offices you’ll pass most are Pas de la Casa, Encamp and the Funicamp, which cover the side of Grandvalira in the parish of Encamp. Canillo’s office is in the village itself. The official list has nothing in Soldeu or El Tarter, so Canillo is the one to use if you’re staying there. For the northern resorts, Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís, look to the La Massana and Ordino offices.

A word on language

The official page doesn’t say which languages each office works in. Catalan is Andorra’s official language, and almost a quarter of residents are Spanish nationals, with sizeable Portuguese and French communities, according to the national statistics office’s figures for August 2026.
