Affiliate disclosure
naveguia is a free guide funded through affiliate links. If you click one and book on the provider’s website, that provider pays naveguia a commission. Your price is the same as if you had gone there directly.
Which programmes earn a commission today
Right now the links to Booking.com, Expedia, GetYourGuide, Omio, DiscoverCars earn a commission.
How to recognise them
Every link that earns a commission carries an “Affiliate link” label next to it and, for search engines, the rel="sponsored" attribute. At the foot of every guide that includes them there is a line linking to this page. Links that earn nothing carry no label.
Cookies and data
naveguia sets no cookies and collects no personal data. The commission is attributed on the provider’s website after the click. The provider stores, in your browser and on its own domain, the data that links the booking to naveguia, under its own cookie policy, which you accept or reject there. Where a programme allows it, the link carries the name of the page you left from (for example, the Nicosia guide) so that we know which guides are useful; that does not identify you.
Independence
No hotel, restaurant, attraction or provider pays to appear on naveguia or for its place in a ranking. What is recommended and what is advised against does not depend on whether there is a commission. How every fact is chosen is explained in how we work, and the rest in transparency.
