Five stars on Nissi Avenue
Adams Beach, five stars on Nissi beach
Adams Beach is a five-star hotel with 296 rooms and 440 beds on Nissi Avenue, Ayia Napa, according to the official list of August 2026, which gives its rating as indicative. It sits on the sands of Nissi, about 2.5 km from the centre, and has a Deluxe Wing for over-16s only.

- A five-star on Nissi beach, with 296 rooms.
- An over-16s Deluxe Wing with its own restaurant.
- Lagoon-style pools and a lazy river.
I find it the most complete five-star on Nissi beach for anyone wanting to keep family and rest apart, with a lively main hotel and an adults-only wing. As a couple, book inside the Deluxe Wing.

What I would keep in mind

01 Worth the splurge
Rooms with a private pool
In the Deluxe Wing, the Super Deluxe rooms have a private pool and terrace, and the beachfront suites open straight onto Nissi's sand.

An adults' wing with its own restaurant
Guests in the Deluxe Wing, for over-16s, take breakfast and dinner at Atlantis, a restaurant just for them beside their pool.

What I would book
On Nissi beach, a few hundred metres apart, stand Nissi Beach Resort and Adams Beach, and this is the five-star of the two. What sets it apart is that it works as two hotels in one, the main family hotel and a Deluxe Wing for over-16s only. I explain its entry, its facilities and how I’d pick between its two halves. For the wider area, see Ayia Napa hotels.
Its rating
The official Agia Napa register, published in August, gives it five stars, 296 rooms and 440 beds on Nissi Avenue, with a P that keeps the rating indicative until final classification. The area’s other five-stars appear in luxury hotels in Cyprus, area by area.
The main hotel
The hotel presents itself on the sands of Nissi, among palms and gardens. Its pools are lagoon-style, there’s a lazy river, a spa, activities designed for children, and family entertainment and live music in the evenings. For food there are several restaurants and bars, from poolside refreshments to rooftop dining and Japanese-inspired cooking. Central Ayia Napa is about 2.5 km away.
To sleep close to everything, search places to stay in Adams Beach Hotel Ayia Napa on Expedia and filter by area before price.
The Deluxe Wing
This is what makes it different. The wing is for over-16s only, with its own reception, a pool with a private lounging area and the Atlantis restaurant, reserved for its guests at breakfast and dinner. Rooms have marble floors, jacuzzi baths and balconies, and there are two special categories, the Super Deluxe rooms with a private pool and terrace, and the beachfront suites, recently turned into spacious suites. Its guests can also use the main hotel’s facilities, are welcomed with a signature drink and fresh fruit, and get priority when booking the rooftop restaurant. Rooms in the wing take one, two or three guests, all over 16, with king-size or twin beds and an espresso machine.
Neighbours
A few hundred metres east on the same beach is Nissi Beach Resort, a four-star with bungalows. To the west is the Dome Beach hotel, at Makronissos, and on the far side of the centre the Alion Beach hotel and the small Limanaki hotel. Beyond Dome, on Makronissos bay, is the Asterias Beach hotel.
If you are short on time, see the best tours in Ayia Napa and pick one that fits your day.
Who I’d send
It suits couples wanting Nissi in peace, booking the Deluxe Wing, and to families after a five-star with big pools on the beach. The two worlds sharing one site seem well handled, according to the hotel, with separate spaces for each. If you want a hotel with no children anywhere on site, see adults-only hotels in Cyprus, and if sleeping right on the sand is the point, Cyprus hotels on the beach. The hotel also hosts celebrations and pitches itself as a place guests return to year after year, and the Deluxe bathrooms add bathrobes, slippers and a rain shower to twin marble basins.
Where the bus does not go, a car does: compare car hire in Ayia Napa before you arrive rather than at the desk.
