Three stars in central Ayia Napa
Limanaki Beach, a three-star by Ayia Napa harbour
Limanaki Beach is a three-star hotel with 70 rooms and 133 beds at 8 1st October Street, Ayia Napa, according to the official list of August 2026, which gives its rating as indicative. It stands by the fishing harbour it takes its name from, a short walk from the centre.

- A small three-star beside Ayia Napa harbour.
- 70 rooms, a short walk from the centre.
- No website of its own and no published facilities.
For anyone wanting to sleep in Ayia Napa within walking distance of the harbour and centre, spending less than on the Nissi coast, it fits on paper. With no website of its own detailing facilities, I'd confirm everything before booking.

Three stars in the centre
Ayia Napa has 24 three-star hotels on its list. If you'll be out all day, a small central one like this may be all you need.

Its website isn't its own
The website on the register is a booking portal for Ayia Napa hotels, not Limanaki's own. Confirm with the hotel whatever you're offered there.

things to do in Cyprus
What I would book
Not everything in Ayia Napa is five-star resorts on Nissi. Limanaki Beach is a small three-star beside the harbour, a short walk from the centre, and the harbour gives it its name. I summarise its entry, what I couldn’t verify and the kind of trip I’d consider it for. For the rest of town, see Ayia Napa hotels.
What the list says
The ministry registered it in August as a three-star with 70 rooms and 133 beds, at number 8 on 1st October Street. With its P, that rating waits on the new law. The same list has 24 three-star hotels in Ayia Napa, so it has plenty of competition in its bracket. The town’s list adds up to 132 establishments and around 12,000 rooms, with 60 hotels and 64 apartment complexes by my count, so there’s no shortage of choice and plenty of room to compare. By stars, the town has ten five-star hotels, 18 four-stars, 24 three-stars, six two-stars and two one-stars, which puts Limanaki in the most crowded bracket of all, the one with the most alternatives to weigh up before you commit.
A website that isn’t its own
The register gives it a website, ayianapahotels.net, which turns out to be a booking portal covering hotels across the area, not Limanaki’s own page. I couldn’t find a website of its own setting out its facilities. So you won’t find a pool, board basis, reception hours or prices. If it interests you, I’d write to the hotel before booking to confirm what the room includes, whether there’s a pool and air conditioning, and whether reception is staffed at night.
Once your dates are set, check which hotels are still free in Limanaki Beach Hotel Ayia Napa before prices climb.
Where it is
OpenStreetMap places it beside Ayia Napa harbour, the one with the fishing boats, on the edge of the centre. Less than a kilometre east is the Alion Beach hotel, a compact five-star, and west of the centre, above Nissi beach, Nissi Beach Resort. Further on, at Makronissos, is the Dome Beach hotel.
When I’d consider it
If you’re going to Ayia Napa to get out and about, for nights out or to explore Cape Greco and its coves, and only want a simple central place to sleep, a three-star by the harbour can make sense. If you’re after a pool-and-hotel holiday, the big Nissi hotels offer far more.
If you would rather have a local show you round, book a guided tour in Ayia Napa and choose by the reviews.
My take
With the public information available, I’d place it behind hotels that publish their facilities clearly. But its location suits an active break, as long as you confirm the basics in writing. Ask, too, whether the rate includes breakfast, since a small three-star in a busy centre may sell rooms on several different terms. For a different stretch of sand every day, look at Ayia Napa beaches.
A car frees you from timetables: search car hire in Ayia Napa on DiscoverCars and compare companies.
