- A four-star east of Limassol, with 174 rooms.
- On the register it's Elias Beach, without Kanika.
- Its facilities aren't published in a readable source.
It's worth a look on the Amathus coast if the neighbouring five-stars are beyond your budget. That said, since its website barely details any facilities, I'd confirm in writing what's included before booking.

What I would keep in mind

01 My tip
Two names, one hotel
On the official register it's Elias Beach; in many searches it appears as Kanika Elias Beach. Check the Parekklisia address when you book.

By ancient Amathus
The avenue it stands on takes its name from ancient Amathus, whose ruins lie along this same coast, a few kilometres towards central Limassol.

Larnaca is closer
From the east side of Limassol, Larnaca airport is usually handier than Paphos. Look at the shuttles before booking a taxi.

What I would book
Some hotels you can learn everything about, and others have barely any reliable information out there; this is one of the latter. Most people search for it as Kanika Elias Beach, but the official register calls it plain Elias Beach. I separate what’s confirmed from what isn’t, put it on the map and suggest what to ask before you pay. For the bigger picture in town, see Limassol hotels.
Its line on the register
The official Limassol listing, dated August, classes it as a four-star hotel, with 174 rooms and 348 beds at 125 Ancient Amathus Avenue, Parekklisia. The municipality given is Agios Tychon, the community that also takes in several of the big hotels along this stretch. Its letter is P, so those four stars are only a guide for now.
Where it is
OpenStreetMap places it on Amathus Avenue, the coast road east of Limassol where several of the city’s big hotels are clustered. On one side is the Amathus Beach hotel, a long-established five-star, and on the other, less than a kilometre away, St Raphael Resort, with its own marina. A little further west is the Four Seasons in Limassol. The avenue is named after ancient Amathus, whose ruins lie along this same coast.

What its website doesn’t say
Its website loads with JavaScript and, read without a browser, shows little more than the name and the tagline, hotel and events venue. I couldn’t read pools, restaurants, board options or prices there, so I’m not giving them. If it interests you, I’d ask three things in writing, ideally by email so you have a record, whether the hotel is open on your dates, which board basis it offers, and whether the beach in front has sunbed service for guests.
Getting there
Being on the east side of the city, Larnaca airport is usually closer than Paphos. Without a car, bear in mind you’re about eleven kilometres from central Limassol as the crow flies, so buses or taxis will be part of daily life. The shuttles and taxis from both are covered in airport transfers.
So you do not lose the morning at the ticket office, browse tickets and tours in Limassol on GetYourGuide.
My take
On the Amathus coast nearly everything is five-star, with long stretches of hotel beaches and gardens running east from the city, and a four-star there can be a more affordable way into one of Limassol’s best areas. With so little public information, though, I’d only book once the basics are confirmed. If you’d prefer a four-star with everything spelt out and a confirmed licence, look at the Atlantica Miramare hotel in Germasogeia. If Elias Beach does confirm its dates and what’s included, it could still be a sensible option on this coast. To get out of the resort, the Limassol district has everything from coastal ruins to mountain villages.
If you would rather go at your own pace, see the car hire deals in Limassol: the earlier you book, the more cars are left to choose from.
