Five stars on Limassol's east coast
Parklane, the Pyrgos resort now sold by Marriott
Parklane Resort & Spa is a five-star hotel with 276 rooms and 574 beds on the old Nicosia-Limassol road in Pyrgos, according to the official list of August 2026, which gives it a confirmed licence. Its old website redirects to Marriott, which sells it as Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa.

- A confirmed five-star in Pyrgos, Limassol.
- 276 rooms, one of the city's big hotels.
- Now sold under Marriott's Luxury Collection brand.
With its confirmed rating and size, I see it as one of the big names on Limassol's east coast. Since I couldn't read its facilities from a reliable source, I'd compare it with its neighbours before booking, taking time over Marriott's page.

01 My tip
Look it up on Marriott
parklanecyprus.com redirects to Marriott's page for Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. Book there or through a search engine, not through lookalike sites.

02 Getting there
Larnaca beats Paphos
Pyrgos sits at the far eastern end of Limassol's hotel coast, so Larnaca airport is usually the better way in.

A five-star coastline
The last kilometres of Amathus Avenue bring together several of the city's best hotels, with St Raphael and its marina a stroll away.

What I would book
Parklane is one of Limassol’s big five-stars and, at the same time, one of those offering the least information outside a booking site. Its long-standing web address now leads to Marriott, which markets it under its Luxury Collection brand. I keep what’s confirmed apart from what you’ll have to check. Its local rivals are in Limassol hotels.
What the register says
On the official Limassol listing of 4 August, Parklane Resort & Spa appears as a five-star hotel with 276 rooms and 574 beds on the old Nicosia-Limassol road in Pyrgos. With an L, its licence is confirmed. Barely ten Cypriot five-stars share that letter, which I go through in luxury hotels in Cyprus, naming them all.
Where it is
OpenStreetMap places it in Pyrgos, on the final stretch of the hotel coast running east from Limassol. Just over half a kilometre along the same coast is St Raphael Resort, with its marina, and about four kilometres back towards the city, the Amathus Beach hotel. Central Limassol is much further away than from Germasogeia, so for nights out in town you’ll need a car, a taxi or the bus. To get here, Larnaca airport is the most convenient, as I explain in airport transfers.
To sleep close to everything, search places to stay in Parklane Luxury Collection Resort Limassol on Expedia and filter by area before price.
What Marriott’s page didn’t show me
The website on the register, parklanecyprus.com, redirects to Marriott’s page for the hotel, which calls it Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. That page blocked automated reading on 4 October 2026, so I can’t reliably give you its pools, restaurants, kids’ club or spa, even though the registered name includes the word spa. If it interests you, check those details on Marriott’s own site and compare them with what the neighbours offer. The things I’d check there are whether it opens all year, which board options it sells and whether sunbeds on the beach in front are included for guests.
Alternatives
For a five-star with everything clearly set out on this coast, there’s St Raphael, family-oriented and with all-inclusive, or Amathus Beach, with its seawater pools. For something small and urban, the Alasia hotel is in the centre, and for a beachfront four-star in Germasogeia, the Atlantica Miramare hotel.
If you are short on time, see the best tours in Limassol and pick one that fits your day.
My take
Its confirmed rating and size put it among Limassol’s reference hotels. But I’m not going to recommend blind a property with no published facilities, and my advice is practical, compare what Marriott offers there with its neighbours before you decide. If you’re travelling with children, ask about a kids’ club too, and check whether sea-facing rooms cost extra. The ruins of Amathus are nearby, and beyond them the rest of the Limassol district, all the way up to the Troodos.
Where the bus does not go, a car does: compare car hire in Limassol before you arrive rather than at the desk.
To sleep close to everything, search places to stay in Parklane Luxury Collection Resort Limassol on Booking.com and filter by area before price.
