- Class A tourist apartments between Protaras and Cape Greco.
- 67 units; spelt Narkissos on the register.
- No official website or published facilities.
For anyone wanting a well-graded apartment between Protaras and Cape Greco, it fits on paper. With no official website or facility details, I'd only book with the information confirmed in writing.

What I would keep in mind

01 My tip
Narcissos or Narkissos
The register spells it with a k, Narkissos; on maps and booking sites it appears as Narcissos. It's the same property on Cavo Greko Avenue.

What I would book
Narcissos is one of those places people search for quite a lot but which has barely any official information. Even the name doesn’t match, because the register spells it Narkissos. I stick to what’s confirmed, place it on the map and say how I’d approach it. For alternatives, see Protaras hotels.
What’s on record
On the August register for Paralimni it’s down as class A tourist apartments, 67 units and 134 beds at 303 Cavo Greko Avenue. It carries the P, so its class is provisional. Unlike almost every property on the list, it has no website attached.
Apartments, not a hotel
Being an apartment complex changes the kind of stay. Usually you get a kitchen and a bit more space than in a hotel, but fewer shared facilities. Apartments are graded A, B and C, with A the highest. The Paralimni list has 52 apartment complexes, 21 of them class A, a breakdown you’ll find in apartments in Cyprus, with the numbers for each area. The same area has another much-searched class A complex, The King Jason Protaras, namesake of the King Jason apartments in Paphos.

Where it is
OpenStreetMap marks it as Narcissos Hotel Apts, on the road out of Protaras towards Cape Greco, the south-eastern tip of the island. It’s about four kilometres as the crow flies from the Afroditis Street area, home for instance to the Anastasia Beach hotel, if you’d rather compare with a hotel. On the same road, closer to the centre, is the Cavo Maris hotel, geared to families, and towards the cape, above Konnos Bay, the Grecian Park hotel.
The local market
For context, the Paralimni list records 93 establishments with about 8,600 rooms. There are 38 hotels and 52 apartment complexes, 21 of them class A and 25 class B, by my count of the official list. In other words, apartments are plentiful in Protaras, and a class A complex like this one competes with many others. That’s good news for you, because it gives you room to compare.
If you would rather have a local show you round, book a guided tour in Protaras and choose by the reviews.
What I couldn’t check
Without an official website, I can’t give you a pool, reception hours, cleaning or prices. Before paying, I’d ask in writing whether the apartments have a full kitchen, whether there’s a pool, how reception works and how long the walk to the sea takes.
My take
On paper, a class A apartment on the road to Cape Greco is a good base for anyone wanting quiet coves and a car. But with so little public information, I’d only book with everything confirmed in writing, and I’d compare it first with better-documented complexes in Protaras. Without a car, remember that being out on the cape road makes taxis or buses more of a necessity, especially in the evenings and on days you want to eat out. From Cape Greco Avenue, Fig Tree Bay is the benchmark beach in Protaras. I go over the rest of the coast in Protaras beaches.
A car frees you from timetables: search car hire in Protaras on DiscoverCars and compare companies.
