It's the group's three-star option in Protaras, aimed at spending less. As it isn't on the seafront, I'd check how far the nearest beach is before booking.

What I would book
In northern Protaras, away from the noise of the avenue, the Tsokkos group has its three-star for the area. Tsokkos Gardens isn’t on the sand and its website won’t let you read the facilities, but on price and category it can make sense. Here’s what I checked and what I’d ask. To compare, see Protaras hotels.
Three stars on the official list
On the Deputy Ministry of Tourism’s list for Paralimni, dated 4 August, it appears as a three-star hotel with 184 rooms and 350 beds at 12 Athinas Street. It carries the P, leaving the rating provisional. That list has 14 three-star hotels in Paralimni, almost as many as four-stars, so it’s hardly unusual for the area.
There’s a small mix-up over the address. OpenStreetMap calls it Tsokkos Gardens Apartments and places it at number 18 on the same street. It’s the same block, so it shouldn’t confuse you when you arrive by taxi.
Another practical point from the map is that the Anastasia Beach hotel, a four-star from the same group, is barely 250 metres away. If Tsokkos Gardens falls short, you have the same company’s higher category a couple of minutes’ walk away, which makes comparing the two on your dates easy.
What I couldn’t see
Like the group’s other listings, the hotel’s page relies on a booking engine, and fetched as plain text it reveals no pools, restaurants or room types. Nor do I know whether it works as a hotel or as self-catering apartments, which is what the OpenStreetMap name suggests. Ask before booking, along with the board basis and the distance to the nearest beach. I sum up the group’s common rules, with times and board options, on the page for the Vrissiana hotel.
To sleep close to everything, search places to stay in Tsokkos Gardens Hotel Protaras on Expedia and filter by area before price.
Location
By my calculation from OpenStreetMap coordinates, Fig Tree Bay is about 2.1 km away in a straight line, and the Prophet Elias church, on its hill, about 850 metres. To get along the coast without a car, it’s worth looking at buses in Cyprus. On the coast, a little over a kilometre to the north, is the Golden Coast hotel, and in the centre, by the beach, the Capo Bay hotel.
My view
I see it as an option for anyone wanting to pay less who doesn’t need the beach at the door, especially with a car. If the hotel doesn’t clarify facilities and board, I’d step up to a nearby four-star with fuller information. To get here, Larnaca is the most practical airport, about 43 km away in a straight line. The quieter coves in the area are in Protaras beaches.
If you are short on time, see the best tours in Protaras and pick one that fits your day.
Where the bus does not go, a car does: compare car hire in Protaras before you arrive rather than at the desk.
To sleep close to everything, search places to stay in Tsokkos Gardens Hotel Protaras on Booking.com and filter by area before price.
