- A four-star at Makronissos, west of Ayia Napa.
- 205 rooms, run by the Tsokkos group.
- Its facilities aren't published in a readable source.
I like its location, on the quieter side of Ayia Napa and next to one of its loveliest beaches. Since I couldn't read its facilities, I'd compare it with its Nissi neighbours before booking.

Ask about the basics
The group's website loads facilities through a booking engine. Before paying, ask in writing which board basis, pools and activities you'll get.

What I would book
Ayia Napa has two faces, the centre with its nightlife and the quieter beaches to the west. Dome Beach belongs to the second, in the Makronissos area. Below are its entry, the gaps in the information and the neighbours I’d weigh it against. For the whole town, see Ayia Napa hotels.
What the register says
On the Agia Napa register of 4 August it appears as a four-star, with 205 rooms and 410 beds in the Makronissos area. The P it carries leaves that rating provisional. The website on the register, domehotel.com.cy, wouldn’t load on 4 October 2026; the hotel appears on the Tsokkos group’s site as The Dome Beach Hotel & Resort.
The group’s rules
Tsokkos, which bills itself as the largest hotel chain in Cyprus, publishes common rules for its hotels. Rooms are handed over at 14:00 and must be vacated by 12:00. On half board you get breakfast and dinner from the buffet, while all-inclusive throws in lunch, between-meal snacks, ice creams and free-flowing local drinks, with or without alcohol. Half-board guests may trade dinner for lunch if they tell reception beforehand, late check-out is charged and only arranged on arrival, and anyone booking on the group’s website needs their own travel insurance. Toiletries and sports facilities such as tennis are provided where the hotel has them. Basketball and volleyball also appear on the group’s list, and early check-in is never guaranteed, so plan your arrival day with that in mind and keep a bag handy for the beach. Within the same chain, in Protaras, is the Anastasia Beach hotel.
Once your dates are set, check which hotels are still free in Dome Beach Hotel Ayia Napa before prices climb.
What I couldn’t check
Neither its own website, which doesn’t load, nor the group’s, which loads details through its booking engine, let me read its pools, restaurants or activities. So I’m not listing them. Before you book, ask in writing which board basis you’ll have, which pools there are and whether the beach in front has sunbeds for guests.
Neighbours
Following the coast east towards the centre, you reach Nissi Beach Resort and the Adams Beach hotel, both on Nissi beach and far better documented. Past the centre, by the harbour, sits the Limanaki hotel, a modest three-star. In the same Makronissos area, right on the beach, is the Asterias Beach hotel, family-run and with a rooftop bar.
If you would rather have a local show you round, book a guided tour in Ayia Napa and choose by the reviews.
My take
The location strikes me as its strongest card, on the quiet western edge of Ayia Napa, keeping you away from the noise and close to fine sandy beaches. But I won’t vouch for somewhere whose facilities I couldn’t see, so I’d put it on the list alongside its Nissi neighbours and decide on the information they give you in writing.
